Refund policy

Returns are available with the courrier, and within 14 days of the purchase

Exchanges are available from 14 days of your purchase

Exchanges fees are 120 egp in Cairo and Giza, 150 in Governorates

Return Process takes up to 15 business days. A courrier will come and collect the order, then it will come back to us and get Quality Checked.

If Approved, a transfer of the original amount minus the restocking and shipping fees will be deducted wil be sent via instapay or mobile wallet. This process is to ensure Quality Control

PS: All Final Sale/Clearance items are only exchangeable or refunded as "STORE CREDIT" to be used later on.
